Luau Summer Party
Miss A decided we needed to add Luau to our list of party themes and we're glad she did, because the Luau party was F-U-N, fun! We hope you had a great birthday party A-girl.

Too Big For Our Britches
I've been known on occasion to tell my kids they are too big for their britches. It usually isn't meant as a "positive". Well in this case, it couldn't be more positive. Business is great at Soiree and the fact is, our current location is no longer able to accommodate our business needs. We are just bursting at the seams so....drum roll please...WE'RE MOVING!
I know, I know. Our location is awesome and charming and vintage and industrial and all around great. Really, did you think we would compromise any of those attributes? Of course not. We are only moving one block East of our current location and still on Main Street in Collinsville. We are excited to say we will now be ADA compliant, we are at street level, we have more space and can more easily convert from child party to adult party. The move will be complete by June 11th, just in time for Hogs and Hot Rods. The new diggs still sport the exposed brick walls that you all love, an amazing tin ceiling and all the charm that goes along with the history of downtown Collinsville, Ok.
Our new address is 1014 West Main Street Collinsville OK. Now plug that into your navigational device and come give us a visit.

Two New Party Themes Added
We are happy to announce we've added two new themes to our awesome line-up!
First we 've added the Luau party. This party is perfect for any age. From very young to older we can adapt to fit the needs of your birthday boy or girl. We will have pictures up soon of a recent Luau we had for Miss A, a seven year old girl.
Second, we have added a Dinosaur themed party. We know it can be hard to find places and themes for little guys, but we've got them covered at Soiree with the Dinosaur party. Of course, if your little girl is anything like mine, she'd also love the dinosaur theme.
For a full list of our them options, go to our profile page.

Ribbon Cutting
We must be for-real because we celebrated our official ribbon cutting with Mayor Stan Sallee and other Chamber members on Thursday! Riley was on hand to cut the ribbon. Don't tell her sister or my three kids. They would be nine kinds of mad about that so happy for Riley.
Thank you to the Chamber of Commerce and the City of Collinsville for your warm welcome. We are looking forward to working with you for a very long time.
In other news, Soiree has booked it's first wedding reception for May 22nd. We could not be more excited! There are 80 guests expected and the bride and groom are just so sweet! We are working with a wonderful caterer whom we have worked with before, Rainey Talbot of Owasso. If you'd like information on her business let me know. We love to support other small business owners.
If you haven't heard, Pump It Up in Broken Arrow is now closed. Sincerely, we hate to hear of any business having to close. When business is good for everyone, it is best for everyone. But if you know someone who had planned a party with them and are now at a loss of what to do, we hope you'll send them our way. After all...our parties really do rock! Just ask any of the folks below this post what they thought.
Friday night was another teen dance party. In the words of the momma who helped plan it, "It's so nice the teens have a place to dance without it seeming like it's a bad place to be." We couldn't agree more momma. Thank you for your business and send me some of those pictures so we can get them up on the blog!

Cooking Club
There is a group of women who have a monthly cooking club at Soiree. Misty and I may or may not be a part of this club...Ok, we totally are. That's me with the black and blue striped shirt, and Misty is on the end giving another girl a look that says..."Girl, you are one crazy chick."
Are you part of club that meets monthly? Wouldn't you like an uber cool place to meet? Call me. We'll block a day or night during the week for you and you're club once per month. You'll have the time of your life!

Parties Parties Parties!
Saturday was a day packed with parties at Soiree. We started the day off with a Fairy party for sisters "R" and "S". Lucky mom, they have birth dates only a few weeks apart so she decided to celebrate a shared birthday party. S-M-A-R-T! Such sweet sweet girls and very well behaved. Our loft space was pinked out for this Fairy party. Let's just say, if you need any tulle or silk roses in the Tulsa area, you may be hard pressed to find any. I'm pretty sure we bought all there was.
To quote Miss "R"..."I had TOO MUCH FUN, now I don't ever want to leave this place." Hey "R", I'll take that testimony any day. Thanks.
We had fun with them too. Take a look at the pictures below.
Our next party was a Spa party for "G" and her 10 year old friends. Following that, we had to get the space de-girled in order to host a Guitar Hero party for 7 year old Mr. "B". I will post those pictures as soon as I have them.
If you are thinking about a party of any kind, we hope you'll consider Soiree.
